Return & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: October 13, 2025

Thank you for shopping at Cosmic Drive. We want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through cosmicdrivebeauty.com are final sale.

We do not offer returns once an order is placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout as well as our return & exchange policy.


2. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged On Arrival

Item arrived broken, leaking, or unusable due to shipping damage. 

Photos or videos of the badly damaged item is required for proof. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please provide a video. All evidence along with customers name, content, and date, must be emailed to cosmicdrivebeautyofficial@gmail.com 

Incorrect Item Sent

You received the incorrect product, color, or size compared to what you ordered

Photos or videos of the incorrect item(s) is required for proof. If the photo cannot prove the products are incorrect from what you originally ordered, please provide a video instead. All evidence along with customers name, content, and date, must be emailed to cosmicdrivebeautyofficial@gmail.com 

Package Not Received

If you do not receive your package, a non-delivery certification issued by your local post office with an official seal is necessary for approval of resending your package. 

Order Delays

For orders shipped to the USA, it will be counted delayed after 45 days.

For countries outside of the USA, orders will be counted delayed after 100 days counting from the date that order was departed from the supplying warehouse.


Returns

Cosmic Drive does not accept returns. Exchanges may only be made with proof if the items are: 

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect variant or product based off of your original order

Unacceptable Disputes Eligible For Exchange

  1. The buyer does not like it.
  2. Products smell unusual.
  3. The buyer ordered the wrong items.
  4. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  5. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
  6. Damaged or Incorrect items are not backed by proof of evidence.
  7. Any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, and customs inspection.
  8. Buyer attempts to open a dispute if the order status is closed. 
  9. Customers claim not to have received their order if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
  10. If an order is not received and an information alert shows: Incorrect/insufficient address, no such number, unknown recipient, refused, do not pick up in time, no safe delivery location, uncleared customs, others. 

3. Time Frame for Exchange Requests

  • You must submit an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
  • Exchanges will only be processed once supporting evidence (photos or video) is reviewed and approved by our team.

4. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at cosmicdrivebeautyofficial@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photo/video evidence.
  2. Our support team will review your claim and notify you if your exchange request is approved.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the defective or incorrect item to our designated warehouse.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

 

If an alert is showing in the tracking information The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, customer must pick up the packages by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender. 


5. Conditions & Exclusions

We cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Used, opened, or worn products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Color variation or shade preference — due to lighting and display differences, actual shades may vary slightly.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Minor packaging dents or scratches that do not affect product function.
  • Any item marked Final Sale, Promotional, or Clearance.

6. Shipping Responsibility

If an exchange is approved, we’ll cover or reimburse the return shipping cost when applicable.


7. Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”


8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs inspections, strikes, shipping carrier disruptions, import/export restrictions, etc. We will notify you if such events affect your order.
